VPNJK Setup Guide

Create an account, get your subscription, import it into a client, and verify the connection. Follow the steps in order, or jump ahead if you already have an account or plan.

Create an account and sign in

Open the account portal below and follow the prompts to set a username and password. VPNJK does not require an email address; you can create an account with just a username and password. Your username identifies the account, and your password lets you sign in to the dashboard. Check your entries before submitting, especially for extra spaces when copying and pasting. If you already have an account, sign in to it rather than creating another. Your plans, orders, and subscriptions are all managed under the same account.

After creating your account, open the dashboard and check that the account overview loads correctly. If you’re still on the sign-in screen, log in with the username and password you just set. Store your login details in a password manager you trust rather than relying only on the current browser session. No email address is required, but you still need to keep your credentials safe. When switching devices, sign in with the same account.

At this point, you should be able to access the dashboard; the client is not connected yet. Your account, plan, and network connection are separate: the account manages the service, the plan determines your available data, and the client handles the connection. Confirm that your account works before choosing a plan to make later troubleshooting easier.

Choose a plan and confirm payment

Go to the plans section of the dashboard. First choose a billing option based on how often you use the service, then check the data allowance. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on your activation date each month, not at the start of the calendar month. For regular browsing, work, or video streaming, choose a tier based on your actual usage rather than price alone.

If you use the service less often, you can choose a data package: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packages last until the data runs out and never expire. Unlike a monthly plan, a data package does not reset or renew each month. Compare all options on the Plans page. This guide focuses on the steps needed to get started.

After choosing a plan, review the order confirmation page. Check the plan name, amount, and signed-in account, then follow the dashboard instructions to pay. VPNJK supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Follow the instructions for your selected payment method. After paying, return to the dashboard and check the order and plan status. Don’t assume the order is complete just because the payment page has closed. If the status hasn’t updated, check the order again before submitting the same payment a second time.

Once the plan is confirmed as active, continue to the subscription steps. All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices and come with a 14-day money-back guarantee; see the Terms of Service for refund details. If you upgrade later, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the upgrade details shown in the dashboard before proceeding rather than adding together data allowances or plan periods yourself.

Get your subscription link

Open the account overview in the dashboard, find the subscription section, and follow the prompts to copy your subscription link. The link lets your client retrieve the route configurations available to your account. It is not a regular web address or an installer. Copy the entire link, including everything after the address. Removing characters that look unnecessary may stop the client from retrieving the configuration.

After signing in with an active plan, go to the dashboard’s download section to get the client for your platform and the subscription instructions. This page does not provide public installers or usable subscription links. If you need to recognize what a link looks like, the example below is fictitious. It cannot be used to connect or replace the link generated in your dashboard.

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

After copying your subscription, switch to the client to import it. Don’t post your subscription link on public pages, in group chats, or in screenshots, and don’t share it with unfamiliar online conversion sites. If you need help, provide your platform, the screen or option you used, and any error message. Before sharing a screenshot, hide your subscription link and account details. Your subscription link may contain account access credentials, so protect it like your login details.

If the overview doesn’t show an available subscription, go back and check your plan status and which account you’re signed in to. The next steps may not work if you’ve only created an account, your order hasn’t been completed, or you’re using a different account. Confirm that your plan and subscription are available in the dashboard before importing them into a client. This helps avoid treating an account issue as a network problem.

Import the client for your platform

The process is the same across platforms: get a compatible client, import the link from its subscription or configuration section, save and update the configuration, then choose a route. VPNJK supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. You can use the same account on different devices with unlimited simultaneous connections. Check your data usage in the account records in the dashboard.

Windows: Import from the subscription or configuration section

Get the Windows client from the dashboard’s download section, install it using the included instructions, and open it. You need a network client that supports subscription imports, not a browser extension. Go to the client’s subscription or configuration page and look for an option such as Add Configuration or Import from URL. Paste the subscription link you copied into the URL field. If there’s a name field, enter a label that helps you identify the account.

Save the configuration, then update or download it. Wait for the route list to appear and set the configuration as the one in use. The import is complete only after the list updates successfully. If prompted to enable the system proxy or network takeover feature, follow the client’s instructions and check any system permission prompts. Avoid running other network proxy tools at the same time until you know which configuration is active.

macOS: Import and select the active configuration

Get the macOS client through the dashboard, install it, and open its subscription management section. Some clients put this option in the main window; others place it in the settings menu for the menu bar icon. Find the page for managing remote configurations, then choose an option to add one by URL or link. Paste the full subscription link, save and update it, and select the configuration once the available routes appear.

When you first enable network features, macOS may ask you to approve network permissions. Make sure the prompt comes from the client you just installed, then follow the system instructions. Importing a configuration and enabling the connection are separate steps: after the routes appear, turn on the client’s connection feature. If your browser still shows the previous result, reopen the target page and continue to the connection check below.

Android: Save the subscription and grant system permissions

Get the Android client from the user dashboard’s download section, install and open it, then go to the configuration list. Choose Add Configuration and open the option to import from a link. Paste the dashboard subscription link into the URL field, save it, and update the configuration. If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, you can use it as instructed. After the client opens, make sure the configuration is saved instead of assuming the import is complete.

Select a configuration and route, then start the connection. Android will ask you to approve network access through its system prompt. Check that the client and action are expected before confirming. If access stops after switching apps, first check whether the client is still connected, then see whether the system restricts its background activity. Don’t keep changing routes before the subscription imports successfully; first make sure the configuration list is populated.

iOS: Add the subscription using the dashboard instructions

Open the iOS instructions in the dashboard’s download section and follow them to get a client that supports subscription imports. iOS clients are typically available through the App Store; follow the current dashboard instructions to choose one. This guide doesn’t include app links. After installing the client, find an option such as Add Subscription, Add Remote Configuration, or Import from URL. Paste the subscription link from the dashboard and save it.

After updating the subscription, check that the route list expands. Select a route and start the connection. If the system asks to add a VPN configuration, verify the source and follow the system prompts to grant permission. A browser redirect to the client only means the import was initiated; return to the configuration list to confirm it was saved. If no routes appear, check that the link is complete and your plan is active.

Linux: Follow the configuration instructions provided in the dashboard

Linux users can also get the client and its instructions from the dashboard’s download section. Import the subscription according to the configuration management method supported by the client provided. Don’t apply installation steps for other platforms directly to your setup. Follow the dashboard and client instructions for system proxy, network permissions, and background operation. For more on how configurations and routes work, see the relevant sections in the Buying Guide.

Connect to a route and verify it works

Select the imported configuration in your client, open the route list, and choose a route in the region that matches the service you want to access. Then enable the connection. VPNJK offers dedicated IEPL routes, relay routes, and direct routes, covering 100+ countries / 220+ routes. First confirm that one route works, then switch as needed for different situations; there’s no need to test every route at the outset.

Once the client shows that the connection is on, reopen the website or app you want to use. Check whether the page loads, you can continue through sign-in, and the content appears as expected. The client status indicates a local connection; the result on the destination service is what confirms access. Some apps retain an old connection or cached page. If needed, close and reopen the app so it makes a fresh request over the current network.

If a route is connected but one website remains unavailable, check whether other destinations work. If only one service is affected, the issue may relate to its regional rules, account status, or an outage; it doesn’t necessarily mean all routes are unavailable. AI tools and streaming platforms also apply their own regional rules, so a successful connection doesn’t guarantee that a particular feature will be available. Use the Routes page and AI tools guide to choose a suitable region.

If multiple destinations are unavailable, check that the right configuration is selected, the subscription updated successfully, the connection is on, and system permissions have been granted. Then check your plan and data status in the dashboard. Change one thing at a time: check the configuration first, then the connection, and finally try another route. This makes it easier to identify what restored access and avoid changes that are hard to reproduce.

For everyday use, turn the connection on or off as needed. When it’s off, your device uses its regular network and system settings. If you changed the system proxy manually, follow the client’s instructions to restore the relevant settings. When the dashboard adds available routes, update the subscription in the client; you don’t need to create a new account or paste the link again.

If you still need help, visit the help center for instructions on the step where you’re stuck, or submit a support ticket in the user dashboard. Include your platform, whether the issue occurs during import or connection, the error shown in the client, and the steps you’ve already tried. Don’t share your full subscription link or password. This guide covers the basic setup. For billing, refunds, and more detailed troubleshooting, see the help center.
