The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. An upgrade is not the same as starting a new full billing cycle. Data packs never expire, so unused data won't expire over time. Use it until it's gone means each session still consumes your allowance. Data packs don't have the monthly reset schedule of monthly plans. If you stop using the service for a while, your remaining data stays available. Before using it again, log in to the dashboard to check your plan and subscription status, and confirm your client is using the current active subscription details.

If your account already has a plan and you'd like to change billing options or add data, first check the available options in your dashboard. This page doesn't say that separate orders are automatically combined or that a data pack will automatically top up a monthly plan. If you're unsure what your account status means, submit a support ticket before placing another order to make it easier to check what happens next.

Connect an unlimited number of devices at the same time, with coverage in 100+ countries and 220+ routes. There is no fixed device limit, but activity across multiple devices still uses your plan's data. The number of devices alone doesn't determine usage; what matters is what they're accessing, for how long, and whether background syncing is running.

The number of routes doesn't mean every route is suitable for every use case.

If you have connection issues, submit a support ticket with your device platform, route name, and a description of the issue so the team can investigate.

From Choosing a Plan to Confirmation

Select “Choose This Plan” on a plan card to open the user dashboard, then log in to view the available plans. No email address is required to create an account; just use a username and password. In the order flow, check the plan name, billing option, and amount, then complete the payment using one of the methods offered in the dashboard. The plan card on this page doesn't confirm that an order has been created or activated.

After paying, return to the dashboard to check your order status and plan details, then get the client and subscription. If the payment page shows completion but the order status hasn't updated, keep your proof of payment and contact support via a ticket. Don't pay repeatedly. Include the relevant order and outcome in your ticket, but never share your account password or full subscription link.

VPNJK offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. To request a refund, log in to the user dashboard, open a support ticket, and include your request and relevant order details so the payment can be verified. If you have multiple orders, clearly identify which one the request concerns rather than combining all payment records in one message. Check your ticket for updates.

Read the full refund policy in the Terms of Service before submitting a request. This page doesn't promise a processing time or mean that your plan will be canceled automatically when you request a refund. If you're also having connection issues, describe them in your ticket separately so the two requests aren't confused.

If your payment status doesn't match your order, provide the necessary order details and proof of payment. Your account password and full subscription details aren't needed to verify an order and shouldn't be included. If more information is needed, reply in the existing ticket so the request and follow-up remain together.
